Fulfilling your obligations

If you are a Landlord or a letting agency, you will need the services of a registered gas safe engineer at least once a year in order to inspect gas installations and supply a certificate of gas safety. Solihull Heating and Bathrooms and Heating are registered to inspect and provide safety certificates.

If you are in the process of converting a building for letting, we can fit the bathrooms, boilers and heating appliances. We have a highly experience team of plumbers, who can carry out any type of plumbing work required.
